Petzl has been an industry leader in headlamps, sport climbing gear and work + rescue equipment for many years. Since 1999 UV has been creating advertising campaigns, tradeshow graphics, catalogs, posters, and t-shirts for Petzl. The Petzl mandate as defined in advertising creative briefs is that the graphics are eye-catching and stand out amongst competitors as well as conveying the sophistication and cutting edge qualities of Petzl products. The same qualities inherent in their gear are also reflected in the advertising and print creative. Working remotely with Petzl on ads, catalogs and other branding materials, often necessitated coordinating and art directing product photo shoots without the client physically being there.
